Duties
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines to process linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry items according to established standards and procedures
- Ensure all laundry is cleaned thoroughly while adhering to safety guidelines for handling chemicals and machinery
- Assist with dry cleaning processes when required, ensuring delicate fabrics are treated with specialized care
- Support housekeeping staff by providing clean linens and supplies promptly to maintain room readiness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring a safe working environment at all times
- Follow proper documentation protocols for laundry inventory and equipment maintenance
Experience
