Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Monitor guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision.
- Conduct thorough night audits to ensure all hotel records are accurate and up-to-date, including room charges, reservations, and billing details.
- Oversee security protocols by patrolling the property, monitoring CCTV footage, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering guest relations.
- Collaborate with front desk staff to coordinate guest services, reservations, and special requests in a timely manner.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, especially in front desk or night audit functions.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly valued.
- Knowledge of hotel experience systems, multi-line phone systems, and resort operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during late-night hours.
