Job Summary

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, while ensuring accuracy in the booking system.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to assist callers effectively.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest relations by demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
