Position: Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service. Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
- Attributes: Friendly, service-oriented, with excellent communication and detail-oriented.
