What You’ll Do:

- Keep check-ins and check-outs running smoothly and stress-free
- Share your knowledge of the hotel, local attractions, and the best things to do
- Help with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Handle payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Manage phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
- Resolve guest concerns quickly—or call in backup when needed
- Pitch in with night audit duties when necessary
What You Bring:
- Experience in front desk or guest services is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Comfort using hotel management systems and multi-line phones
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for helping people
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus
- Knowledge of resort operations is helpful, but not a must
