In this full-time, on-site leadership role, you will oversee daily front desk operations—ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional service delivery, and a consistently welcoming, professional environment.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Supervising and coaching Front Desk associates to drive performance and accountability
• Managing guest interactions, escalations, and service recovery with confidence and professionalism
• Ensuring seamless execution of check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing accuracy
• Maintaining operational flow while supporting cross-functional needs across departments
• Creating a culture where every guest feels valued, respected, and cared for

• Proven leadership ability with experience mentoring, training, and guiding team members
• Strong guest service instincts with a focus on satisfaction and service recovery
• Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
• The ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with front desk systems, reservations, and general computer operations

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations; supervisory experience preferred
