We are looking for a Guest Experience Maker to join our Top Notch Housekeeping Dept. and assist in creating positive, memorable experiences to our hotel guests. Room attendant responsibilities include, but are not limited to changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will also address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times. Basic Duties:
A hotel housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, hallways, and sometimes public areas within the hotel. They also check rooms for any damage or maintenance issues and report them to management.
Housekeepers must follow hotel cleanliness standards and safety guidelines, often working on a tight schedule to prepare rooms quickly between guest check-ins and check-outs. Attention to detail is essential to ensure every room meets quality expectations.
