Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Line Cook role located in West Hollywood, CA. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and efficiently managing food prep stations. Duties include chopping, cooking, assembling menu items, and collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain seamless kitchen operations. The Line Cook will also assist in monitoring inventory and restocking supplies as needed, ensuring a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment usage.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to follow recipes and replicate dishes to meet the restaurant's quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in high-paced environments.
- Ability to adapt to an on-the-fly kitchen environment with teamwork and problem-solving.
