Deputy Director Responsibilities:
- Operations: Manage daily systems and workflows, maintain records and contracts, and coordinate with outside vendors and service providers.
- Finance: Support budget development and QuickBooks management, monitor budget-to-actual performance, and prepare financial reports for the Executive Director and Board.
- Grants: Research opportunities, write proposals, and keep every grant on track for compliance and reporting.
- Membership & Partners: Lead investor member outreach, maintain membership in Salesforce, and support High Impact Investor events and monthly Investor Member Meetings.
- Alliance Summit: Own the program plan, budget, and sponsorship tracker for our annual Summit, and manage event-day logistics.
- Program Leadership: Guide implementation of Project RUN, the Catalyst Fund and Revolving Loan Fund, the Opportunity Network, the Bayfield Early Childcare CDS Grant, economic feasibility studies, and our Economic Dashboard.
