Manages civil design, analysis, review, and construction. Assists Director of Public Works with roadway changes, infrastructure maintenance, and public safety. Manages speed studies. Assesses and inventories bridges/culverts. Conducts on-site inspections - driveways, utilities, etc. May assist with residential and commercial developments infrastructure and other special projects including inspection of road and bridge construction and asphalt paving projects. Manages road and bridge design and construction contracts. Requires BS in Civil Engineering or related field 5 years experience or equivalent combination thereof. Professional Engineer License requried or obtained within 6 months.
