What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building & Grounds Maintenance Worker position at La Plata County?

Performs a variety of skilled work in repair & maintenance of plumbing, roofing, HVAC, doors & hardware, electrical, landscaping for all county buildings, inspects facilities, machinery & equipment to determine maintenance needs; operates equipment & machines related to the work, snow removal. This position may perform work at the La Plata County Jail & may be on-call. Requires background check & valid DL.
