Ciao! We’re La Piadineria, Italy’s #1 fast-casual restaurant chain (up to 500 stores!)
We make one thing, and we do it really well: the piadina — a warm, freshly made Italian flatbread filled with amazing ingredients.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of the team that keeps our restaurant running smoothly and our guests happy. From prepping fresh ingredients to rolling piadina with care — every move you make helps bring a taste of Italy to life.

Here’s what your day will look like:

• Prepare and bake fresh piadina using our specialized equipment (dough stretcher, slicer, griddle).
• Slice proteins to the order with the meat slicer.
• Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow all food handling, safety, and hygiene procedures — quality and cleanliness are everything!
• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and process payments quickly and accurately.
• Manage cash register operations and kiosk systems according to procedures.
• Help receive, check, and store deliveries — always following FIFO rotation.
• Record temperatures, fill in cleaning logs, and ensure everything’s up to company standards.
• Support your teammates during busy hours — because teamwork makes the dream (and the piadina) work!
• Perform store opening and closing duties responsibly (equipment, cash, alarms, etc.).

Who You Are

• You’ve got great energy and love working with people.
• You’re responsible, organized, and pay attention to the little details.
• You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves — you enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced job.
• You’re a team player who’s always ready to help.
• You can follow instructions and maintain high quality standards.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafes, or retail is a plus — but not required.
• You’re available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for Italian food and a desire to grow in an international company

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during shifts.

· Comfortable lifting items weighing up to 50–60 lbs. as part of daily operations.

· Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and crouching.

· Able to handle kitchen tools and sharp equipment safely and responsibly.

· Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
