Your expertise will ensure customers receive top-notch service by diagnosing hardware issues, performing repairs, and providing technical support for smartphones, tablets , and other electronic gadgets. Duties
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and other consumer electronics and technical troubleshooting tools
- Perform repairs on smartphones (Android and iOS), tablets,and other electronic equipment with precision using hand tools
- Conduct hardware diagnostics to identify faulty components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, motherboards, and internal circuitry
- Replace or repair damaged parts including screens, batteries, connectors
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes, offering troubleshooting support for smartphone issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures following company protocols
Skills
- Proficiency in working with Android and iOS operating systems
- Experience with hardware diagnostics, soldering (electrical soldering), and equipment repair including printers and copiers
- Skilled in using hand tools for delicate electronic repairs and performing hardware maintenance tasks
- Excellent analysis skills to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently across various devices
- Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills to deliver technical support clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with mobile device troubleshooting support including software updates
