We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team
- Maintain high service, presentation, and hospitality standards
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and team performance
- Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for smooth service
- Monitor inventory and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Requirements:
- Experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role in fine dining/upscale restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of operations and financial management
- Experience with POS or restaurant systems preferred
