What You'll Be Responsible For
- Warmly welcome guests and manage the flow of arrivals
- Accurately manage bookings — reservations, modifications, cancellations
- Handle phone and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Represent the LPM image as the first point of contact for every guest
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality in a similar role
- Excellent English, strong communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Warm, professional presence — you set the tone before guests even sit down
