What You'll Be Responsible For
- Run service as floor manager — coordinating the room, supporting the team, solving problems in real time
- Coach and develop FOH team members alongside the RM, reinforcing service standards day to day
- Handle guest concerns and service recovery with confidence and professionalism
- Support scheduling, labor management, and staffing coordination
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new floor hires
- Help maintain inventory controls and operational standards
- Support VIP experiences, special events, and promotional initiatives
- Ensure compliance with LPM service standards and all health/safety regulations
- Minimum 3 years in hospitality, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within upscale or fine dining
- Strong floor presence — someone guests and team members naturally look to
- Comfortable with POS systems, reservation platforms, and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
- Genuine ambition to grow into a Restaurant Manager role
- Experience opening or onboarding in a new venue is a strong plus
