Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and craft beers, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations, following food safety standards

Experience

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and craft beer selection.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
• Experience working in fine dining settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math applications related to beverage sales.

Pay range listed is considering a part time schedule, hourly plus tip pool.

While this position is Part Time hours currently, there is opportunity for it to turn into Full Time hours.

Pay: $500.00 - $900.00 per week
