What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe and encouraged
- Support children’s daily care and learning while following all licensing and program guidelines
- Keep classrooms clean, organized, and inviting
- Communicate regularly with families to share updates and support each child’s success
- Build strong relationships with children and celebrate their milestones each day
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children
- Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a CDA (required for Lead positions)
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
- Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
