Role Description
We’re looking for poised, engaging individuals to join La Pearle’ Caviar as brand ambassadors who will serve premium caviar from our signature caviar belts at luxury weddings, corporate events, and high-end private experiences. You know how to read a room, spark effortless conversation, and deliver elevated hospitality without missing a beat.
Our clients expect a white-glove, luxury experience, and we’re building a team that naturally rises to that level.
Compensation: $35–$50 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, event-based
Location: Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas

What You’ll Do:
Serve caviar in a visually striking, elevated style using our signature belts
Create an inviting, high-energy atmosphere while maintaining luxury-level composure
Speak knowledgeably about caviar selections, flavor profiles, and tasting etiquette - training provided
Deliver a seamless guest experience from first interaction to final impression
Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring every detail is polished
Work closely with event teams to execute flawlessly

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules
