Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team who idealy is 21 and over

. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food offerings, to provide recommendations to guests.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
• Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food items served at the bar.
• Uphold high standards of service during busy periods while managing time effectively.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Experience in serving drinks and understanding mixology principles is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Previous restaurant experience is advantageous, enhancing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
