Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant - Assistant Clinical Director

Responsibilities as a PTA:

- Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to help patients regain mobility and strength.
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the therapy team.

Responsibilities as an Assistant Clinical Director:

-Case management

-Customer Service LIasion

-Training students/new hires

Skills:

- Experience working in pediatric physical therapy.
- Knowledge of anatomy
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to provide compassionate and attentive patient care.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
