La Mondina is seeking experienced Banquet Servers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during a variety of banquet events, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, fine dining, and banquet service, with the ability to adapt to different styles of banquets including buffet, brunch buffet, family-style, and plated dinners. This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and excellent customer service are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously during banquet events
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and ensure all service areas are prepared for guest needs
• Assist with the presentation of food in various styles such as buffet, brunch buffet, family-style, and plated dinners
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service experiences
• Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Prior banquet experience is required, or applicable restaurant experience
• familiarity across multiple styles including buffet, brunch buffet, family-style, and plated dinners
• Strong background in hospitality and fine dining service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing La Mondina’s standards of service
• Ability to carry trays of food across distance, as well as up/down stairs.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 36.0 per week
