As a Crew Member at La Michoacana, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing delicious treats, and keeping the store clean and organized. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve ice cream, paletas, aguas frescas, snacks, and other products
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Handle cash and operate the register accurately
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help with opening or closing duties as needed
- Work as a team to ensure a great experience for every customer
Qualifications:
- Must be 17 years or older
- Able to work 11 AM to 4 PM
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Friendly and respectful attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
