We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to help us build a world-class, clean, efficient, and disciplined warehouse operation.

- Implement and sustain Lean 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient facility.
- Monitor and drive KPIs such as order accuracy, pick rate, inventory accuracy, and on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance.
- Conduct daily safety and housekeeping checks; reinforce La Mexicana’s safety culture.
- Partner with the Distribution Manager on routing efficiency and truck loading plans.
- Support ERP (Business Central/JustFood) data accuracy for shipments, inventory transactions, and lot traceability.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects — identify waste, lead small Kaizen events, and implement Standard Work.
- Assist with warehouse layout improvements, racking optimization, and equipment maintenance coordination.
