Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience handling customer inquiries, order management, and accounts receivable support. You will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails
- Enter and manage customer orders with accuracy.
- Assist with customer account questions, including billing and payment inquiries.
- Support the accounting team with accounts receivable follow-up and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent service by addressing customer needs quickly and professionally.
Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience (foodservice or manufacturing industry a plus).
- Familiarity with accounts receivable or general accounting processes preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
