Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience handling customer inquiries, order management, and accounts receivable support. You will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails
  • Enter and manage customer orders with accuracy.
  • Assist with customer account questions, including billing and payment inquiries.
  • Support the accounting team with accounts receivable follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent service by addressing customer needs quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of customer service experience (foodservice or manufacturing industry a plus).
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable or general accounting processes preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
