LMRV is currently hiring for a Jr. Service Advisor for our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service abilities and is highly organized.
SUMMARY: Assistant to team of sales representative. Answers incoming calls, set appointments with customers and processes paperwork.
Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ·
- Field phones calls / emails from customers inquiring about service or appointments.
- Schedules customer with date and time slot for appointment.
- Communicates with other departments and team members to coordinate repairs; timeline updates and ordering parts
- Follows up with technician and customer and communicates all follow up repairs.
- Organizes appointment schedule to optimize technician routes.
- Heavy data entry and other administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 2 years of Administrative experience
- RV knowledge is preferred, not required
- Intermediate computer literacy
