Responsibilities

• PA RAMP Certification is required for all that apply.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently at tables and banquet events while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Maintain food safety and food handling protocols to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in setting up banquet spaces, catering events, or dining functions by preparing stations and ensuring all supplies are stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tables or stations effectively through strong time management skills.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service roles such as server, bartender, or banquet server within casual dining, golf course engagement or hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with Banquet Service Model of buffet-style service, plated sit-down service, station service.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures and responsible service of alcohol.
• Experience working in golf courses or banquet environments is a plus for dynamic event settings and execution.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
