What You’ll Do
As a Multi Unit GM, you’ll lead a team that delivers exceptional guest experiences while driving results. You’ll be responsible for:
• Overseeing two la Madeleine locations
• Coaching, training, and developing team members
• Creating a welcoming, safe, and clean environment
• Managing daily operations and ensuring food safety compliance
• Driving sales and controlling labor and food costs
• Recruiting and scheduling team members
What We’re Looking For
• 3 year of restaurant management experience (fast-casual preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Reliable work history
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
• Experience with catering (preferred)

Louis le Duff opens Brioche Dorée his first bakery concept in Brest, a city in Brittany in northwestern France.
1983
The first la Madeleine location opens in the heart of Dallas, TX on Mockingbird lane across from Southern Methodist University.
