Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them.
- Use floor scrubber machine to clean shop floor
- Gather and empty trash.
- Clean the bathrooms and lunchroom.
- Remove snow from sidewalks
- Spin Chips
- Saw raw material
- Clean Parts
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Light machine operation
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods; reach with hands and arms overhead above shoulders; lift and/or push/pull up to 75 pounds.
Experience
- Janitorial
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely is essential.
