Job Overview
La Loba is a new, Chef-Driven Mexican restaurant in historic Downtown Edmond. We are looking for a full time night dishwasher to join our team. Why here, when you can wash dishes anywhere? Because it's fun, high energy, and our culture of teamwork doesn't leave you on an island all by yourself. We need someone that can work 5 days a week, every week, from Tuesday through Saturday, from 3 pm - 11 pm. This is not a part-time or seasonal position.

Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning supplies for service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items or moving supplies.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Excellent teamwork skills; able to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers.
