Role Description
La Ligne is seeking a Keyholder to join our team for a full-time, on-site position based in Boston, MA. As a Keyholder, you will oversee daily store operations, assist in achieving sales goals, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will act as a brand ambassador by leveraging extensive product knowledge, providing exceptional service to customers, and supporting team members on the retail floor. Additionally, you will take responsibility in opening and closing the store, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment that reflects La Ligne’s core values and aesthetic.

- Proven experience in Retail Sales and strong ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to ensure every shopper feels valued and appreciated.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Thorough Product Knowledge and the ability to educate customers about La Ligne’s offerings to meet their needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred.
- A passion for fashion and familiarity with La Ligne's brand aesthetic is a plus.
