YOUR ROLE
As a Stock Associate at O'Neill, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide stock refills, open and process shipment, and make sure our backrooms are ready to go to assist the staff in helping our customers. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- You're passionate about O’Neill product! You're able to prioritize what is needed for the floor to maximize sales.
- You're a team player! You're always willing to assist your team in doing completing the tasks at hand!
- You've got integrity! You do the right thing and you always adhere to O’Neill policies & procedures.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30lbs, and up to 50lbs with assistance.
Ability to work a sales floor and stockroom
Commute from Corporate Office in Irvine to Store Location in Orange
