What You’ll Do
- Assist with all aspects of the varsity softball program, including sub-varsity support.
- Lead drills and instruction, with an emphasis on pitching and catching techniques.
- Support the development of practice plans and game strategies.
- Foster sportsmanship, leadership, and respect among student-athletes.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during practices and competitions.
- Help manage equipment, uniforms, and administrative needs.
- Participate in team events such as Parent Night and award ceremonies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience coaching or playing softball; pitching/catching expertise preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- NFHS Coaching Education certification preferred
- Must pass a Live Scan background check and provide current TB clearance
Work Environment & Compensation
- Part-time, seasonal position beginning February 2026
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability required
- Hourly rate: $35-40, commensurate with experience
