SUMMARY:Private Country Club has a Temporary Maintenance Worker II position. This position assists with maintenance tasks for various Departments throughout the Clubhouse.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Responsible for repair and maintenance of golf cart fleet and utility carts.Repairs all furniture inside and outside of clubhouse.Repair, lubricate, and service kitchen equipment.Clean and organize all work stations, shop, club storage, etc.Help with employee shuttle service as needed.Maintain roof areas – clean drains, keep clear of water obstruction.Paint walls, ceilings, floors, parking lot as requested.Execute all repair work orders as requested on a daily basis. Help Housekeeping with heavy workload when required.Clean carpet stains when required.Service/clean halfway house, grease once every month.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience required.
