Recruiter

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join a leading manufacturing company. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and people development.

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts—partnering with hiring managers, managing the full recruitment life cycle, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define ideal talent profiles.
• Manage multiple requisitions across a range of positions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Execute recruitment strategies to fill current openings and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Source passive and active candidates using tools such as Boolean searches, databases, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Provide candidates with detailed information about the company, position, and interview expectations.
• Ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally, maintaining a high level of candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Develop strong partnerships with business leaders and HR to deliver timely, high-quality hires.
• Maintain communication and feedback loops to support a consistent, positive recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency), ideally in manufacturing or high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools.
• Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach in a fast-changing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
