Job Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in the ICU/CCU
- Monitor vital signs, manage life-support equipment, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate documentation in high-pressure environments
- Educate and support patients’ families
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU/Critical Care experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (CCRNs a plus)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in high-stress situations
