You will support several specialty areas, including Interventional Pain Management, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Orthopedics, Spine, and MD services.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments and manage high-volume phone calls
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with clinical staff across multiple specialties:
- Interventional Pain Management
- Chiropractic
- Physical Therapy
- Orthopedics
- Spine
- MD providers
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in medical reception or customer service preferred, Excellent communication and multitasking skills & Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems a plus
