| The Activities Therapy Assistant is responsible for assisting with planning, organizing and implementing activities therapy, maintaining inventory of arts and crafts supplies, facilitating suitable physical exercise programs when required, attending staffing and providing adequate input at treatment team meetings, monitoring patient progress and documenting same in patient charts. Additional duties as Ropes Course Facilitator to maintain scheduling of groups, logs on attendance and maintenance reports on proper policies and procedures. |

- Must be able to walk and/or stand for six or more hours a day
- Must be able to stoop, bend, lift up to 50lbs
- Must have ability to climb poles up to 30ft high (with use of Safety equipment)
- Must have ability to utilize legs and/or arms the majority of the time to support body weight during climbing
- Must be able to traverse strenuous hiking trails
- Ability to withstand variations in temperatures (Excess heat in summer-Cold in winter)
