What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Bus Driver (Substitute) position at La Habra City School District?
The job of the School Bus Driver is for the purpose of providing support within the student transportation services area by transporting students over scheduled routes and/or to/from field/activity trips; ensuring vehicle is in safe operating condition; and ensuring safety of students during transport, loading and unloading from buses.
This job reports to the Supervisor of Transportation Operations or designee.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Job related experience is required in driving school buses; prefer experience managing school-aged children. Completion of high school or General Education Diploma (GED). Any combination
equivalent to: One (1) year experience in the operation of a motor vehicle.

EXAMINATION PROCEDURES
This is an open recruitment. The examination may consist of a training and experience (supplemental responses) evaluation, written test or performance test and a structured oral interview.
