Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Control Manager located in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include overseeing production planning, inventory management, and materials management processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, monitor production schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Additional tasks may include analyzing data to improve efficiency, coordinating resources, and devising strategies to enhance lean manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Production Planning and Production Management, with a proven ability to manage timelines and optimize workflows.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Epicor ERP in a manufacturing environment
- Competence in Inventory Control and Materials Management to ensure efficient resource allocation and minimize waste.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to support production and operational efficiency.
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies and best practices is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
