We help brands scale in the U.S. by providing reliable fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and dedicated client support from inbound to last-mile.

Position Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager to support our fulfillment clients from onboarding through daily operations. This role acts as the central link between our clients and warehouse team—ensuring smooth order flow, clear communication, and accurate inventory. If you enjoy coordinating details and helping brands grow, this role may be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Oversee daily fulfillment activities (inbound, outbound, inventory)
• Coordinate with warehouse leads to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Address and resolve client questions, discrepancies, and special requests
• Monitor inventory levels, identify low stock, and communicate replenishment needs
• Support onboarding for new accounts, including system integrations
• Prepare client reports (inventory, invoices, order details, performance metrics)
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication

Qualifications

• Experience in 3PL, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations preferred
• Logistics experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills (English required; Korean a plus)
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and other e-commerce platforms preferred
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and email
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
