Responsibilities: - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner - Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them to guests - Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient service - Assist with food preparation and plating when needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests - Provide excellent guest service by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both guests and team members - Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
