Requirements/Responsibilities
Experience & Skills:
Previous experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or similar kitchen role preferred
Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, including dough stretching and oven operation
Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (certification is a plus)
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods (8 hours)
Capable of lifting up to 40–50 lbs
Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
