Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, including inventory management and maintaining safety and quality standards
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration among team members and engaging with guests
- Experience in Training team members to achieve high service standards and improve operational efficiencies
- Background in Sales to develop strategies for driving revenue and enhancing customer loyalty
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of New Mexican cuisine and beverages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
