Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Training Manager, based in Memphis, TN. The Personal Training Manager will oversee personal training operations, manage a team of trainers, and ensure the delivery of exceptional fitness services to members. Key responsibilities include hiring and mentoring personal trainers, developing personalized fitness programs, maintaining high client satisfaction, and achieving departmental goals. Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Industry practices
- Strong background in Fitness Training and general Training techniques
- Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or equivalent
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement client-centered fitness programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in sales and client retention strategies is a plus
