Summary
We are seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Design customized workout programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments to track client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
- Provide one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety during exercises.
- Motivate clients to achieve their fitness objectives while fostering a positive environment.
- Educate clients on nutrition, exercise techniques, and overall health practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
- Promote LA Fitness services and programs to enhance member engagement.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
- Experience in program design and fitness sales is preferred but not required.
