- Retail, food, hospitality experience a plus
- Customer service skills
- Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Must be courteous and tactful
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Highly organized
- Must be at least 18 years old
- This position if full time with benefits. Hours are Monday - Thursday 9am to 6 pm / Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Participate in sales initiatives and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Engage in strategic planning activities to align departmental goals with overall company objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Monitor profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Familiarity with strategic planning processes and project management principles.
- Excellent supervisory skills, with a focus on developing talent within the team.
