Membership Sales Advisor
Are you a charismatic go-getter with a passion for fitness and a knack for sales? If so, we want YOU to be the face of our gym as a Membership Sales Advisor!
What We Are Looking For:
We look for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership option for them. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed.
What your day looks like:
· Generate leads both inside and outside of the club (~15-25 per day)
· Call prospective members, lead tours, and discuss membership options. (~45-75 calls per day/ ~6-8 tours per day)
· Enroll new members. (~2-5 new enrollments per day)
Requirements:
Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or service industry
Passion for health and wellness
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Other tasks and duties as may be assigned day to day
Pay Range:
