Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Edison, NJ. The Membership Advisor will be responsible for driving membership sales by actively engaging with prospective members, conducting tours of the fitness facility, and presenting the benefits of memberships to meet their individual health and fitness needs. This role also involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring prospective and current members have a positive experience, and assisting with administrative tasks related to memberships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Membership Sales and a strong ability to promote and sell membership plans effectively.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with members.
- Knowledge of Membership and Sales processes, with an emphasis on meeting sales targets and contributing to team success.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in fitness or sales are advantageous.
