About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivating individuals to join our team as Glute Room Coaches. This is a high-energy, music-driven small group training experience focused on lower body strength, confidence, and community.

You do not need a personal training certification—we provide all training in-house. We’re looking for someone who can connect with people, lead a room with confidence, and create a welcoming environment where members feel supported and motivated.

What You’ll Do

• Lead 45-minute small group Glute Room workouts
• Coach members through a structured workout program
• Create a fun, positive, and motivating class atmosphere
• Demonstrate exercises and provide modifications when needed
• Use a microphone and confidently communicate with groups
• Build relationships with members and encourage participation
• Arrive prepared, energetic, and ready to lead

What We’re Looking For

• 18 years of age or older
• Positive, friendly, and welcoming personality
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Passion for fitness and health
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Able to follow a pre-designed workout format
• Experience in fitness, coaching, customer service, teaching, group fitness, sports, or leadership is a plus—but not required
